Kolac od smokvi i urmi (Fig and date palm cake)

Ingredients: 250g figs, 250g dates, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons margarine (or butter).

Preparation:
1. Wash figs and dates and cut into small pieces.
2. Whisk egg yolks with sugar and add the chopped fruit.

3. Stir flour and margarine, add snow from well-beaten egg whites and combine with the previous mixture.
4. Pour into baking pan and bake at 200 C degrees.

Sastojci: 250g smokvi, 250g urmi, 2 jaja, 2 kasike secera, 2 kasike brasna, 2 kasicice margarina.

Priprema:
1. Smokve i urme oprati i iseckati na sitne komadice.
2. Umutiti zumanca sa secerom i dodati iseckano voce.
3. Pomesati brasno sa margarinom, dodati sneg od belanaca i spojiti sa prethodnom masom.
4. Sipati u pleh i peci na 200 C.
